My first attempt at producing a DRS-4-4-1000, a late version of the type. Having part constructed an
early version, Stewart produced a superb model of the type. A photo of the earlier version will follow
along with how I produced the model.

The model above is a kit bash using spare parts from the production of a Baldwin RT 626 transfer unit. I took the two short hoods and spare cab and constructed a small industrial loco using them, and a number of parts from the "bits box". The model is fairly heavily weighted and powered by a Tenshodo spud power unit.

The photo below is of a PRR class G5 4-6-0 made some years ago by Lifelike, improved
and re-motored. The loco is on the approach track to the turntable on my Swedish layout
Strömstad.
